Samantha Parr
Founder
Samantha Parr, now a rising college freshman, founded Dancer For Dancer as a high school sophomore with a 30-person Instagram community and a passion for organizing. She is a lifelong ballet dancer from San Francisco, California and has attended the Pacific Northwest Ballet and Ballet West summer intensives, and has participated in the Youth America Grand Prix ballet competition. Since conceptualizing D4D in May 2020, she has grown the organization to reach nearly 600 dancers in 55 countries through open discussions and peer support groups, actively pushing the envelope towards more connection and support across all sectors of the dance community.
